This Disclaimer applies to all services, content, reports, communications and materials produced or published by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd, including our website at www.careblueprint.co.uk, our free guide, our email communications, our newsletter, and all written and audio assessment reports.

By using our website or commissioning our services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Disclaimer.

This Disclaimer should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, both available at www.careblueprint.co.uk.

1. Who We Are

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd is an independent social care professional-led assessment service registered in England and Wales.

Company name: CareBlueprint Associates Ltd

Company number: 17047628

Website: www.careblueprint.co.uk

Email: info@careblueprint.co.uk

Our assessments are led by social care professionals holding a Masters degree in social research, with direct hands-on experience working across several care homes. Where assessments require input beyond our professional scope, we work in partnership with licensed healthcare professionals including registered nurses.

We are an independent advisory service. We are not a care provider, a care home operator, a regulated healthcare body, a statutory social work service, or a body regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Understanding what we are - and what we are not - is essential to understanding the nature and limitations of our service.

2. Nature of Our Service - What We Are and Are Not

This section sets out clearly what CareBlueprint Associates Ltd provides and does not provide. We believe it is in our clients' best interests to be entirely transparent about the scope and limitations of our work.

We ARE

An independent advisory service that provides informed professional opinion to help families make more confident decisions about care home placement.

We ARE

Social care professionals with extensive direct experience working inside UK care homes, including settings specialising in dementia, complex needs, and residential care.

We ARE

An evidence-informed assessment service. Our assessments are structured, methodical, and draw on professional experience and publicly available information.

We ARE NOT

A clinical or medical service. We do not provide clinical diagnoses, medical opinions, or treatment recommendations of any kind.

We ARE NOT

A statutory social work service. We do not conduct statutory needs assessments under the Care Act 2014 or any other legislation.

We ARE NOT

A regulatory body. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Care Quality Commission, any local authority, or any government body.

We ARE NOT

A care provider. We do not provide, manage, or operate any care home or care service.

We ARE NOT

A legal or financial advisory service. Nothing we produce constitutes legal or financial advice.

We ARE NOT

A guarantee of outcome. Our assessments support decision-making - they do not warrant, ensure, or guarantee any particular result.

3. Our Reports Are Professional Opinion, Not Guaranteed Outcomes

All written reports, audio summaries, verbal guidance, and written communications produced by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd constitute informed professional opinion. They are designed to give families a clearer, more evidence-informed basis for their own decision-making. They do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, assurance, or certification of any kind.

3.1 Point-in-time assessment

All assessments conducted by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd reflect the conditions observed at the specific care home at the time of the visit. Care home environments, staffing levels, management, culture and standards of care are subject to change.

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any change in a care home's standards, staffing, management or suitability that occurs after the date of our assessment visit. Our Report describes what we found on the day we visited. It is not a continuing or ongoing assurance of a care home's quality or suitability beyond that date.

3.2 Information dependency

The quality and accuracy of our assessment is dependent in part on the information provided to us by the commissioning family and, during the assessment visit, by the care home itself. We exercise professional judgement and reasonable skill in gathering and evaluating information, but we cannot verify the accuracy of all information provided to us by third parties.

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd accepts no liability for any inaccuracy in our Report that results from information provided to us by a client, a care home, or any other third party that proves to be incomplete, misleading, or inaccurate.

3.3 Access limitations

Our assessments are conducted on private premises. The cooperation of care home staff and management affects the information available to us during a visit. We cannot guarantee that all relevant aspects of a care home's operations will be observable or disclosed during an assessment visit. Our Report reflects our professional assessment of what was accessible and observable at the time.

3.4 Final decision rests with the client

The decision to place a loved one in any care home rests entirely with the commissioning family. Our Report is one source of information to inform that decision. It should be considered alongside the family's own observations, any statutory assessments, medical advice, financial advice and other relevant professional guidance.

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for the outcomes of any placement decision, whether or not that decision was influenced by our assessment.

4. Website Content and General Information

The information published on our website at www.careblueprint.co.uk, in our free guide, in our email communications and in our newsletter is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

4.1 Not tailored professional advice

General content published by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd - including articles, guides, blog posts, email newsletters, social media content and any other informational materials - does not constitute professional advice tailored to any individual's specific circumstances.

Every family's situation is different. Every individual's care needs are unique. General information about care homes, CQC ratings, staffing, safeguarding, dementia care, or any other topic published by us should not be treated as a substitute for professional assessment, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or statutory social work input relevant to your specific situation.

4.2 Accuracy of general content

We take care to ensure that general content published on our website and in our communications is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. However, the care sector is subject to regulatory change, policy updates, and evolving professional standards. We cannot guarantee that all general content remains current or accurate after its original publication date.

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general information published on our website or in our communications that has become inaccurate or outdated since publication.

4.3 Free guide and lead magnet

Our free guide - What Care Home Staff See That Families Never Do - is provided as a general educational resource to help families understand what experienced care professionals look for when assessing care home quality. It is not a substitute for a professional assessment of any specific care home, and the observations contained within it may not be applicable to every care home or every individual's circumstances.

Downloading and reading our free guide does not create a professional relationship between you and CareBlueprint Associates Ltd, and does not constitute the commissioning of a professional assessment.

4.4 Email communications and newsletter

Our email nurture sequence and newsletter are provided for general informational, educational, and illustrative purposes. They draw on the professional experience of our team across several care homes. Individual observations, anonymised case examples, and general guidance contained within our email communications are illustrative in nature and should not be applied directly to any specific care home or individual situation without independent professional assessment.

5. Care Home References, Suggestions and Assessments

5.1 No endorsement

Any care home assessed, suggested, or referenced by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd - whether in a written Report, during a discovery call, in our email communications, or on our website - is not endorsed, recommended, or certified by us as safe, suitable, or of guaranteed quality.

A positive suitability assessment reflects our professional opinion, based on conditions observed at the time of visit, that a specific care home appeared to be a suitable match for a specific individual's needs. It is not an endorsement of that care home's general quality, safety record, or suitability for any other individual.

5.2 No responsibility for care home standards

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd is entirely independent of all care home operators. We have no commercial relationships with any care home, group, or operator. We accept no responsibility or liability for the standards, actions, omissions, decisions, or behaviour of any care home we assess, suggest or reference.

Care home standards can change significantly and rapidly - through changes in management, staffing, ownership, or regulatory status. A positive assessment by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd at any point in time does not constitute an ongoing assurance of a care home's quality or suitability.

5.3 Care home suggestions

Where we suggest care homes for your consideration based on your Loved One's needs and preferred location, those suggestions are based on publicly available information and our professional knowledge of the sector at the time of the suggestion. They do not constitute an endorsement of any particular home and are subject to the limitations described in this section.

We strongly recommend that families visit any suggested care home independently, in addition to commissioning a professional assessment, before making a placement decision.

5.4 CQC ratings and regulatory data

Where our Reports or general content reference Care Quality Commission ratings, inspection reports, or other regulatory data, that information is accurate as of the date referenced. CQC ratings are subject to change following new inspections or regulatory action. CareBlueprint Associates Ltd is not affiliated with the CQC and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of CQC data referenced in our materials.

6. External Links and Third Party Websites

Our website and communications may contain links to third party websites, including the Care Quality Commission website, NHS information pages, local authority websites, and other external resources that we believe may be useful to families navigating the care system.

6.1 No control over external content

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd does not control, operate, or maintain any third party website. The inclusion of a link to an external website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that website, its content, its operators, or any products or services it provides.

We accept no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, availability, or currency of any content on any external website linked from our website or referenced in our communications. External websites are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies, which you should read before providing any personal information.

6.2 Link accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure that external links included on our website and in our communications are accurate and functional at the time of publication. However, external websites change their content, structure, and web addresses regularly. We cannot guarantee that any external link will remain accurate or functional after its original publication.

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from a broken, outdated, or inaccurate external link.

6.3 Third party services

Our service relies on third party technology platforms including MailerLite for email marketing, Calendly for appointment booking, and Stripe for payment processing. Each of these platforms operates under its own terms of service and privacy policy. CareBlueprint Associates Ltd accepts no liability for any interruption, failure, or breach affecting these third party platforms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence in selecting or instructing them.

7. Safeguarding Obligations

Our assessors are experienced social care professionals with professional obligations in relation to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Where we identify or reasonably suspect a safeguarding concern in the course of any assessment or monitoring visit, we may be required to make a referral to the relevant local authority safeguarding team or other statutory body, regardless of any confidentiality or contractual obligation.

This safeguarding obligation takes precedence over all other considerations. CareBlueprint Associates Ltd will not be liable for any consequences arising from a safeguarding referral made in good faith in accordance with our professional duties.

8. No Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing published by CareBlueprint Associates Ltd on our website, in our free guide, in our email communications, in our newsletter, or in any assessment Report constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or regulated financial guidance of any kind.

Care home placement often has significant legal and financial implications, including the assessment of care funding eligibility, the use of Lasting Powers of Attorney, property considerations, and the structure of care funding arrangements. We strongly recommend that families obtain independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor and independent financial advice from a regulated financial adviser when making significant decisions in these areas.

References to legal frameworks, funding arrangements, or financial considerations in our general content are provided for illustrative and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CareBlueprint Associates Ltd excludes all liability for any loss or damage - whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise - arising from:

Reliance on any general information published on our website, in our free guide, in our email communications, or in our newsletter

Any decision made on the basis of a professional assessment Report produced by us, including any placement decision

Any change in a care home's standards, staffing, management, or suitability occurring after the date of our assessment

The actions, omissions, or standards of any care home assessed, suggested, or referenced by us

Any inaccuracy in our Report arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by a client or third party

Access to, or reliance on, any external website linked from our website or communications

Any interruption, failure, or breach affecting third party platforms used in the delivery of our service

Any force majeure event as described in our Terms and Conditions

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

CareBlueprint Associates Ltd takes every reasonable step and applies genuine professional expertise and care in the best interests of every client. We are committed to the highest standards of professional conduct.

However, as an advisory service, our role is to provide informed professional opinion that supports your decision-making - not to make decisions for you or to warrant any particular outcome. The placement decision, and responsibility for that decision, rests with you.
